Meditation

Meditation Classes (Taoist Style) are offered at the Inner Garden. In these classes, we will be deepening our own personal spiritual connection, cultivating the Self, learning to read ourselves and others while opening our hearts and our minds. Energetic flow will be facilitated by the instructor and the class.

The growth in consciousness and self-awareness can be exponential in nature. It helps us to remember our true nature by going within and not without.

Meditation can help us strengthen our immune system and gain a strong sense of peace and self-assurance. Meditation is not something we learn and then and are done with it. It is a life-long process. If done regularly, meditation can bring immeasurable satisfaction to our lives.
